Huddersfield law firm Eaton Smith has strengthened its partnership with a series of recent promotions

Adele Whitfield from the firm’s Personal Injury team, YES PI, has been promoted to Partner. Adele joined the firm in 1993 as a secretary and has worked her way up, first qualifying as a Legal Executive, and then Solicitor followed by Associate, before joining the Partners, a great achievement for Adele and Eaton Smith. Adele specialises in personal injury law and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Chris Taylor who specialises in Company/Commercial law advises clients across a broad range of commercial areas; Claire Monkhouse, a Dispute Resolution lawyer dealing with all aspects of commercial litigation as well as being an accredited mediator; and Kate Booth who is an Employment Law specialist advising individuals and companies across a range of sectors have all been promoted to Associate.
