Alternative dispute resolution

For some time we have recognised the importance of 'horses for courses'. Whilst litigation may sometimes be the only way to resolve a dispute, there are other ways. Recent procedural changes in the courts have made it more important that alternatives are considered which will resolve a dispute effectively and cheaply.
