Law firm, Eaton Smith Solicitors, has added to its team with the appointment of solicitor, Wendy Scott, to their Corporate and Commercial team which has been shortlisted for the Yorkshire Legal Awards 2014.

Wendy has worked in Manchester for a number of years as well as practising as an in-house solicitor for a global IT firm and specialises in advising and preparing agreements on a broad range of commercial work including terms and conditions, outsourcing agreements, software licencing and agency and distributor agreements.

Commenting on the appointment, department head Deborah Melluish, said “we are delighted that Wendy has joined us, she brings a wealth of experience and has added to the strength and depth of our team, enhancing the service that we are able to provide across the region”.
