Spanish- café solo, in the warm sun, watching the eagles soar against bright blue skies.

What is your proudest achievement in business?

Recognising and truly appreciating the investment and value in developing and maintaining enduring quality, respectful client, and colleague relationships.

I have passion and drive to make a difference to individuals who really need it. Striving to achieve that for clients every day makes me proud.

If you hadn’t gone down this career path what would you be doing?

My school careers interview assessment identified either Accountancy or pig farming as suitable career choices. Confusing and neither option seemed that attractive!

In my dreams, I imagine an enormous field in the sun where there are swaths of cutting flowers to harvest. I imagine delivering generous and beautifully arranged bunches of blooming flowers to people who great your offering with an enormous smile and the warmest hug.

What’s your prediction for businesses in the next 10 years?

I think we will see more creative opportunities and partnerships and flexible working practices. Successful businesses will offer bespoke ideas and services.

How do you relax outside of work?

Whenever possible, making the most of the outdoors by running, long dog walks, gardening, harvesting the allotment and spending time with family. Oh, and the occasional glass of wine, to wash down a delicious spicy curry.
