Your compensation will include payments for pain and suffering, inconvenience, loss of earnings and claims for all other expenses and losses you have suffered because of the accident. Your legal expenses will be part of the claim too.

From 1st April 2013 the Government changed the way in which personal injury claims are funded. We can still offer "no win, no fee". If you win a success fee is payable by you. This will be deducted from your compensation and will never be more than 25%. So, in most cases you'll still receive at least 75% of your compensation.
