Position: Employment Lawyer

The role is full time although part time hours may be considered.
We are ideally looking for candidates with around 5 years PQE or more .
The main responsibilities of the role include:
Offering employment law services to our clients including employment tribunal claims, settlement agreements/compromise agreements, contracts, handbooks, restrictive covenants/anti-competitive behaviour, family matters, absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, redundancy or restructure and TUPE.
Develop and guide less experienced members of the team and promote knowledge sharing
To prepare and present regular seminars including employment law updates and ‘hot topics’ for employers.
