Corporate and Commercial Solicitor

Due to continued success, our award winning, dynamic, Company Commercial team with a vast array of regional, national and international business clients and specialisms is looking for an ambitious and experienced (5 – 15 years PQE) Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to further strengthen our team and build upon our achievements. You will be joining very experienced, forward thinking and collaborative team in a role with excellent career prospects and the potential to progress to partnership. This opportunity would be well suited to a corporate and commercial solicitor who wants to gain plenty of client exposure and have the chance to make an impact within the team.

You will use your experience to advise clients based in the region and further afield on all aspects of corporate law. As well as working with the Partners, you will manage your own caseload of clients and have business development opportunities to further build our client base. Our clients include some of the most successful and exciting businesses in the region and beyond.
