If you are an experienced Family Solicitor and seeking a new opportunity, we would welcome hearing from you.  You will provide an effective legal service to clients for care and family matters.  Children panel membership is desirable.


The role is full time.

We are ideally looking for candidates with experience.


The main responsibilities of the role include:

  •  To provide an effective legal service to clients for a broad range of family matters including  matrimonial property, domestic violence, private law children and care matters
  • To provide an effective legal service for family clients
  • Representation at court by way of conducting your own advocacy wherever possible
  • Attending/chairing professional and advocates meetings
  • Understanding of Public Funding requirements, procedures and a working knowledge of the Child Care Management System
  • Ideally the candidate will be Children Panel accredited and a Legal Aid Agency Supervisor
