Eaton Smith Solicitors is delighted to welcome Lindsay Preston to their firm as a Senior Litigator in their personal injury team. Lindsay has over 25 years’ experience in all areas of personal injury law including accidents at work, fatality claims, public liability and occupiers’ liability claims. Lindsay also has extensive knowledge of the CICA scheme which enables victims of domestic abuse to claim compensation. She has supported numerous victims of domestic abuse and sexual abuse in successful applications to the CICA, priding herself on fighting for the best outcome. Lindsay is also a Trustee at Pennine Domestic Abuse Partnership allowing her to continue supporting domestic abuse charities.
