Eaton Smith is incredibly proud to have been announced as winners of the Best Legal Services Supplier category at the TIGA Awards 2022.

The Awards took place on 10 November in London, at Church House, Westminster in the shadows of Westminster Abbey and were attended by a wide range of those involved in the UK Games Industry. The Legal Services category had some stiff competition and featured some big City law firm names.

The activities that Eaton Smith have carried out over the last 12 months have been incredibly varied. We have helped developers from a number of countries with their English Law contracts, created a developer-friendly publishing contract for use in a foreign games incubator, had involvement in the preparatory stages for a proposed digital cluster project, helped many developers with publishing agreement advice and provided secondary/confirmatory advice as appropriate, to mention just a little of our recent work. We have continued to advise clients in their ongoing major developments, assisting across a very wide range of associated contracts and advice, often for very high values. The variety of work we assist with continues to expand and we have a number of exciting projects under way at present.

Winning the TIGA Award for Best Legal Services Supplier for the second time in three years is a great recognition of our work in this exciting sector.
