Eaton Smith is delighted to announce that our video games team have been shortlisted for the Legal Services category in the TIGA Games Industry Awards 2022. This follows our category win in 2020 and our shortlisting in 2021. We are pleased to have our work being recognised to this extent for 3 years in a row now.

Eaton Smith has had a long association with the video games industry and we have been steadily increasing our involvement in the sector over the years.

This last year has seen us continuing to work with several developers, helping them with their ongoing and expanding projects and we enjoy helping them towards release of their games. Additionally, we have worked with many new developer clients, including where overseas developers have required advice on English law publishing contracts. We have also assisted in several interesting arrangements for, amongst others, publishers, developers and concept artists where bespoke contracts and arrangements have been required.
