Huddersfield law firm, Eaton Smith Solicitors, has added to its team with the appointment of solicitor, Kelly Sanderson, in their Commercial Property Department.

Kelly has worked in London for the past few years and prior to that, spent a number of years practising in Newcastle upon Tyne, which has resulted in her being armed with a substantial amount of experience in the field of commercial property.

Kelly specialises in commercial landlord and tenant matters, sales and acquisitions of all types of commercial property (including dealing with property portfolios), and in particular the acquisition of sites for development. She also has a great deal of experience in the field of property finance, and in particular the financing of residential developments.
