Staff at Huddersfield law firm Eaton Smith, have been doing some early Christmas shopping for our brave troops out in Afghanistan.

One soldier, Aaron Van Leeuwen, worked at Eaton Smith for over 4 years until leaving to join the Royal Dragoon Guards as a Trooper and is currently on his first tour out in Afghanistan.

This is particularly important to the firms finance manager, Mandy Van Leeuwen (Aarons mum). She has good reason to be interested, as she knows how much it would mean to them all knowing that we are thinking about them, and how hard it is to be away from their families and friends at this time of year.

Staff at the law firm have collected together in total 32 shoeboxes full of sweets, books, magazines, toiletries and other home comforts to make Christmas a little more comfortable for those fighting overseas.
