If you are an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor and seeking a new opportunity, we would welcome hearing from you.

The role is a full time position although part time hours may be considered.

We are ideally looking for candidates with around 5 years PQE or more .

The main responsibilities of the role include:

Provision of high quality legal services to the firm’s clients, predominantly in relation to sales, purchases, securities, landlord and tenant work and lease management matters.
Liaising with the team in terms of transactional matters.
Support other team members as required in providing advice and representation to the firm’s clients.
Promoting the firm to win new clients and to develop and maintain good relationships.
