Personal Injury
If you are unlucky enough to have been injured in an accident at work or in a car, in the street or other public place or as a result of violent crime - at Eaton Smith we have experienced experts who can help and claim compensation for you.
Our team of qualified solicitors are members of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. They concentrate specifically on this type of work to ensure that their training and knowledge, gained from many years' experience in this area, will bring you the best possible results.
Your compensation will include payments for pain and suffering, inconvenience, loss of earnings and claims for all other expenses and losses you have suffered because of the accident. Your legal expenses will be part of the claim.
There is no need to worry about how you can pay us to make the claim for you. In most cases we enter into a Conditional Fee Agreement (no win, no fee); if you win you keep 100 % of your compensation and the legal costs are paid to us in addition to your compensation; if you lose there is nothing to pay.
In certain, limited cases Legal Aid is still available for personal injury claims or you may have Legal Expense Insurance. If you are a member of a trade union, your union may fund the claim
Whichever way you choose, we are happy to discuss all the alternatives at the beginning of your case.
